We received a phone call late one evening to attend a downtown movie theatre in Roaches. The customer was particularly happy he stumbled upon us as we happened to be the third firm he had phoned, the other two wouldn't to help. He decided to go out for a meal and a movie with his better half since it was their wedding anniversary. But it was only when they finished at the theatre that he realised he had dropped their car keys. He stated, "I hurried back into the complex and searched where we were sitting down; however no keys in sight. I at that point had an idea to search in my automobile and lo and behold they were there, in the ignition, and yet the door had self locked." Our man was on scene rapidly and a few moments later had the job completed and the door open.

Lost house key Roaches:

The client in Roaches called us with a horror story as she had popped to the car to retrieve her bag and the front door had closed after her. Yet, what makes this a potential disasterous case was when she announced "Please help! I left my keys in the house and my baby is within." Naturally we sped over there and fortunately traffic wasn't too bad. We managed to arrive there in fifteen minutes and had the door unlocked promptly. What we did learn soon after is that she branded her tiny kitty "my baby".

Going on a visit overseas is often enjoyable, but if you lose your house keys miles away from you in a foreign country it will make it a problem, as a recent client realized a few weeks ago. He called us from Roaches and told us, "I'm just at my front doorstep and I have dropped my keys someplace overseas. Please dispatch your stand-by locksmith around now" We were able to do this quite quickly and he promptly got the house open and brand-new keys made.

As a result when all of us arrived at the office the next day we were locked out.
